New member looking for a ski boat
« on: October 20, 2017, 05:59:54 PM »
So I've been skiing behind various I/Os for a long time but this summer I started getting more serious about slaloming. I did some research and decided I wanted a dedicated ski boat. Been looking for a few weeks now and I found a clean looking Volante near me. I plan to look at it this weekend and would like some opinions on what to look for, and if it's a good deal. Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I tried to respond while I was abroad but my internet capabilities were quite a bit less than ideal. As such I didn't get a chance to reply before you went to look at it that I'm certain would've helped.

First off welcome.
If you haven't haven't been privey to the capabilities in or behind a tournament inboard, you are in for quite a surprise.

That boat looks to be in exceptional condition so please let us know how it went this weekend and we'll be able to help you out.

When people run down to the lake to see what is making that noise, you've succeeded.
