Here is the supra trans idk what it is I'm new to this boating stuff  ::)!

That's definitely a Velvet Drive. There's a plate on the top left side by the mount that tells you.

Like Ron said, the front engine mounts will need to be fabricated. The stock chevy mounts will never line up with the ford. There's definitely some aluminum cutting/welding in your future.
When people run down to the lake to see what is making that noise, you've succeeded.

Perfect good to know, I kinda figured I would have to do a little fabbing. Ron do you know what size prop shaft the boat took? Also where can I find a wire diagram? The old harness is still there, Along with the comp I believe, I have to check again when I get home I don't mind fabbing wires to the motor.

If your mounts are good on the Ford you will need to extend the alum. pad that they sit on inside the boat (aluminum engine bed)
The comp. you found is the MDC that converts the analog engine data into digital data feeding the dash gauges, next to that should be a fuse block. This will work with a non EFI, non ECM engine, this system was popular from 1997-2001-2-3? as a bridge before full ECM controlled systems took over (throttle by wire etc.)
The good news is that I should have the diagrams for that boat since I drew them, the bad news is that they are in my old computer which I maintain that old drafting software on (non-compatable with my current Win 7 comp) 3 months ago I could just print from the old computer and scan & send on to you, but my printer crashed a couple months ago and the old computer will not talk to the new printer, and I have tried a lot of settings to figure it out to no avail so far. If we have any tech guys who think they can help, I'm all ears.

Yes my mounts are perfect on the ford. Is there anyway you could take pics of the diagram with your phone and send them to me?

Sorry for the delay, had a little rain yesterday 16.9 inches overnight, massive flooding around here, another few inches & I would have had it in the shop.
Glad to hear you got the paperwork squared away, I will take another shot at extracting the diagrams from the old computer, taking a screen shot with a phone is not an option, my flip phone doesn't take pictures, will see if the polaroid will work if I can't get anything else to work.

It's ok I understand we're getting a lot of rain down here as well. Any luck on the wire diagram?

I would try the ACME 525 for improved pull, the ACME 2389 would be a comparable prop to the OEM 3 blade

My bad, been staring at the computer screen too much these days Little brother is correct the 515 would be comparable to the OEM prop in the ACME line, 3 blade prop not a 5 blade.
