Overheating

It started over heating today I turned it off and paddled in. 1980. any suggestions. How easy is it to change the impeller?

should be pretty simple. first perform bucket draw test to see if it is pulling in water. make sure you get correct part. ron has some instock at web site with decals. see old post, overheat well covered.

Mine was in pieces when I got my boat, lol.


FYI, buy two and keep the spare handy, in most cases you can swap them out with quickly with a very limited tool kit. Prevents ruined weekends, ask me how I know. :)
