Propellor & Rudder Wanted
« on: January 08, 2010, 01:46:00 PM »
Looking for a new, reconditioned, or lightly used 13X13 LH or 13X12 LH propellor for a 1" shaft.

Also, looking for a new, reconditioned, or lightly used standard rudder for a 1991 Advance.  Not sure what the shaft size / length are...  If anybody would care to provide that info it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,  Joel

Joel,
I have a 85 Advance that I'm deciding on if I will part out or redo.  I believe the prop I have is a 13x13 stainless steel in great shape.  I will check in the morning and on the rotation.  If the rudder is the same or will work on your boat it is also in pretty good shape.  I have been debating on which direction to go with this boat (I have re gelcoated it twice two different colors, and also painted twice two different colors, considered making a mold or redesigning it and making a mold, sell it as is, etc.)  I'll look into this in the morning and let you know.

hmm, wonder if your rudder is the same as mine on my 82' Skier? I'm going to be needing one and would prefer to buy a used one in descent shape. I've got second dibs. :P

Brandon,

If you decide to part it out, please send me an email with a few close-up photos of the prop & the rudder (from both sides if you dont mind).  Include an asking price for each + shipping ( I live near Columbus, OH ).  My email address is:  robertsiv@hotmail.com

Thanks,  Joel

Joel said he is taking the prop and rudder, but I may know where another one is.  I will look into it this week and let you know.
