Haha, I'm not that good, but I just went through (still at it technically) the whole process of buying one and fixing the previous owners issues. It's a good looking boat, and I hope you didn't take offense, was just being honest with my opinions.
I learned the hard way selling my last boat, anything you do to it outside of restoration and maintenance is real tough to re-coup financially. I maybe broke even on my last one...and that's taking into account the stuff I added new being used at the time I sold it. Hell, you're better off taking the stereo and adding it to your new boat unless you find a guy who want's exactly what you've already done.
I'm in Kansas too, probably heading up to Wilson or Cedar Bluff tomorrow if everything goes well. Where did he find the sand bar? I know there is a nasty one at Horse Thief by Jetmore and another at the west end of Cedar Bluff.
Are you replacing the boat with another? Unless it's a nice new Mastercraft or something I bet you'll end up missing it.
