Starting issues

Sometimes my boat won't turn over at all.  If I turn the key back and try to start again, it fires up perfectly.  I have changed the starter solenoid.  Any ideas of what the issue can be?  I am thinking that it may be the ignition switch.

1990 Volante.  351 Indmar.
