I try to monitor the forum as close as I can & allow everyone their thoughts & opinions, and encourage everyone's input. Lately I have been getting several emails a day with specific questions without supplying me with very much information. The other day I insisted on getting the guys phone # & I ended up calling him after numerous emails about rudder port service & access only to find out he was working on a Ski Nautique (I still helped him out)
In most cases I prefer a phone call so I can ask you questions about what we are working on.
