Ron put a tower on our boat with a bimini that requires not cords, tiedowns,ect.. out of the way and sun is gone for the most part!

I can barely bring myself to put a Bimini on, I don't think I could ever tower the old girl

Me either...  I like the look as she sits, but I agree on the need for a bimini.   If anyone has a nice bimini (without a tower) mounted on their boat, please post pics...  I need some ideas on products, brands, prices, etc.

We finally broke down and put a bimini on our '88 Advance (to keep the boy out of of the sun as much as possible).  I was really nervous - bought it from Overton's, wasn't sure that the color would match or that it would be high enough, or low enough.  Hated to screw anything into the gel coat.  But, turned out to be a great investment.  I installed it backwards so that it would lay in front of the windshield when we didn't need it.  The color matched great and I really only had to attach two braces and four hook points to secure the whole thing.  I'll post a few pictures when I get a chance.

Cool...  Pics of the whole installation and close ups of the mounting / tiedown brackets would be GREAT!!

How is Patrick's Pelvic Woo (or whatever you decided to call it) coming along???   It looks like its got a "tad bit" more room than the Advance  ;)

We absolutely love the Comanche.  Did not get a chance to spend as much time on it as we would've liked but there's always next year.  I promise to post some pictures when I get around to it - of the "Woo, too" as I'm calling it as well as the pictures of the bimini on the Advance.
