Jacking points
« on: August 23, 2016, 10:18:24 PM »
Hi everyone. Would someone be able to tell me which points of the hull are suitable for jacking? I need to put my boat on stands to work on the trailer. :-\

Back corners, and under the keel ahead of the forward fin are the 3 points that should be supported, I also leave my crane attached to the lifting eyes for safety. If you don't have overhead lifting capabilities you will want more support just for safety. Below are pics of a boat in the shop this week and how I support them.
