This was recently posted by Lane Bowers on facebook and also posted on CCFan. It's of Randy Filter who was the very first national barefoot champion way back in '78. This looks to be a promotional video that was dug up from somewhere kinda like Ron finding the long lost AmSkier dealer promo video a while back.
Any who, my ski partner John actually knew Randy when he came to ski with John's ski club for a weekend way back in the '80s. John has a home made video that he showed me several years ago of Randy skiing from that weekend that is absolutely awe inspiring and he does stuff that I've never seen before even to this day. You need to scroll down a couple vids on Lane's facebook page. The start window of the video just looks like a bunch of static but it does work. The video is from '81 but it's pretty cool seeing Randy ski behind a Barefoot Skier. I'm just not sure what year the Skier is.
