AS Rear Decal
« on: September 22, 2011, 06:52:50 PM »
The AS decal on the back of my 90 Legend was hammered when I purchased the boat a few years back.    I finally had a new decal made.  Turned out really nice.   Is anyone selling these at this time?

Having them made for yourself is cool, but selling them is a no no. Unless of course you have permission from the copyright or trademark owner.

Looks really good!

Actually, currently, no one owns that trademark so I believe you could actually sell them. I ran a check at http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/index.jsp and all the trade marks for American Skier turned up "Dead"

It's a long drive to Washington (state).   I didn't know Ron was selling them, if I did I would have bought from him instead.   It would have cost me the same but I'm guessing the font would have been exact.  My font is off in a couple spaces, I'm not sure anyone would notice thou..

I'm interested in these decals.  Ron, or anybody else, do you have any available and if s, how much?
Cheers

Ron legally owns the rights to "American Skier" and he has a small amount of them already made in stock ( I do too but my stock is less....)
making your own is not an issue
