Were is the best place to get bearings for my 89 AmerSkier trailer they are original bearings, need to replace if i am going to Kentucky.also a boat cover.

Welcome aboard.  As for the boat cover, if you want an inexpensive one, ebay lists a couple prebuilt ones that are cheap but work. Or you can always find a canvas shop in your area to make you one custom.

Pull the bearings & seal & you should find that they are pretty common, I've even seen them available at wally world.

Most parts stores should have trailer bearings...  I'd try NAPA first...
