In talking with my brother Dan, our collective supply of American Skier rudders & rudder ports are nearly exhausted. I have talked with former suppliers, 2 of which no longer produce these parts, another no longer builds our sizes. I have been successful with one of our suppliers from the 70's & will be updating info & inventory soon.
BEWARE: a predominate ski boat online supplier is selling a rudder & port assembly that will probably fit into our boats, however the internal shaft size is just under 1". In our testing & known failures with our boats and another well known Orlando based ski boat builder I DO NOT recommend using any rudder post less than 1.125" diameter.

Ron, do you have a rudder I can buy from you for our 82? I've brought this up a couple of times but I really need to get that replaced and don't want to miss out on a rudder.

Phil I posted this in the wrong column, could you put it under Boat repair?
