I need a mechanical throttle Perfect Pass for my American skier.

RonT, do you sell the Stargazer 3 event perfect pass? Or is the wake edition good enough?

Also, is it ok to replace the RPM gauge to mount the display?

Wake edition is plenty for most tournament skiers at state tournament levels & below, above that I would move up, however the boat you are using also has a lot to do with which unit you are considering (engine in particular) You can use the tach hole. I sell all the Perfect Pass products, just let me know what it is going into & I can help.

I have a 1982 American skier with a ford 351 engine. I'm a good skier, but just now getting into a course consistently. State tournament would be fun, but probably won't do many. Mostly for a good pull that my wife can use.

Is the wake edition a good fit for my boat?

There's not much $$ to be made on these so I don't push them very hard, i have it on the parts page at $1189.00 plus shipping, I can sell to forum members for $1149.95 plus shipping (45 from Canada where they are made)
