I have an 1993 American Skier and I was wondering if anyone knows what the 2 reset buttons on either side of the lighter are for?

reset or circuit breakers?

I'm not sure, They are little round buttons that are spring loaded that say press to reset on the threaded plastic that holds it in. But they are only sticking out about an eighth of an inch, so I think that the spring part aren't working anymore. I have had the boat for 10 years or so, but I didn't buy it new so I don't have an information book.

Sounds like a circuit breaker to me, your boat was made by WESMAR so I don't have specific details what they used, does the lighter socket have power? If so, the breaker is "set" if tripped the socket would be dead & the breaker would be pushed in to reset, if it won't reset and there is nothing plugged into the socket the breaker is bad. When in doubt send me a pic or 2.
