this could be helpful
once installed it adds a "resizer" selection if you right click on a picture
we use it to reduce total file size when sending a lot of pics via e-mail

Look along the right side of the page for the download file.
After you install it, just right click on the file to resize
this is a "power tool" by Microsoft for WIN XP
