Thanks for the welcome guys and as far as my story...
I am 34, from Georgia and have always wanted a classic style ski boat. 3 years ago I started looking/scouring for a Correct Craft on craigslist etc. Looked and looked but never felt comfortable with a quality of boat I was seeing. Came across an American Skier on on another forum that was located around the great lakes area and fell in love with style! Jump ahead a couple months, found this site and ended up talking with Ron via phone about a boat I found in NC. He walked me through the good, the bad and the ugly while I was on my way to see the boat....2hours later, I was the 3rd owner of '86 American Skier. I keep it on Lake Oconee in storage and she always gets attention and turns heads!
Big thanks to Ron for all the guidance and support through the proccess!

Very cool. But then I have a soft spot for 86's.
Love the interior colors but I gotta think that it has be pretty warm in the summer.
