I need the little covers that go over the pitot tubes (on the outside of the hull)
I was thinking about putting a rubber backing or pad on the bottom of the "L" seat to keep it from scratching the paint/glass because it moves around a little, plus its on and off because of the battery. Any suggestions? Should I even worry about it?

Mine has a wide strip of velcro on both edges of the "L" seat cushion. Push the corner in as far as you can and set the seat down on the velcro. It holds it like its permanently mounted...

Not a bad idea Joel...... I kind of like it, anyone else got anything?

Black plastic on one side, high density rubber w/PSA on the other
-
Stupid question, but what is PSA?

Pressure sensative adhesive (peel & stick)

Where would I find so called rubber? What kind of plastic are you talking about? PVC board or something?
-
I tell ya, the wide strip velcro on both edges with corresponding velcro (fuzzy stuff) on the bottom side/edges of the seat and it holds like nobody's business, but comes off easily when you need it to...

I believe you brother, Im just trying to look at all aspects..... thats all. Im a ways away from redoing the seats and its going to wait until then I think anyway. One other thing I have been thinking about is to roll on some contact cement and lay that foam padding (like you would put in your counters) on and seeing what that would do.
Looks like hopefully Brandon still has the pitot clam shell tube covers, So that is one thing I wont have to worry about. Which is good cause I just put them in today ;)
