Title: Gcv't Shutdown affects American SKier!

I have been asked for years about replacement trailers for American Skiers & finally decided to renew & set up my Trailer Manufacturing licensing. All was going smoothly until the shutdown, the NHTSA is closed & according to SAE who administers VIN numbers my app. has been approved but was the next one to get "stamped" before the shutdown. Maybe I should go Coon-Ass & just make up my own VIN numbers OBAMASUCKS0000001 ,yep that 17 digits
