I'm excited about it.  I haven't had a boat since 94 when I sold my Mastercraft for a down payment on a house.  I was thinking I would buy another boat in a year or so.  There was a guy here in Austin that I skied with occasionally, he was a dealer for American Skier back in the late 80's.  I was always impressed with boats, I wanted a Skier back then but it never worked out, I ended up getting into the Mastercraft promotional program.  I really missed skiing, ready to get back on the water.

Looks like its been well kept with quite a few "upgrades" stereo, etc...   That rear seat bench setup looks like it came off of another model...  nice touch....  I didnt know the Advance Sport had that.  The engine looks like it may need some attention, especially the exhaust hoses have a pretty good bend in them - keep an eye on 'em.   All in all a VERY nice boat!!  Congratulations!!!

Did you pick that boat up out of Houston?  It looks like one that I inquired about down there as it is a matching decal and year to mine. And if you look in my folder of pics, there is a original flyer for your 92 Advance.  I actually have the flyer if you want a color copy, I could send it to you.

Yes, I got it from Houston.  Its seen a lot of time in brackish water in the past.  The previous owner replaced and rebuilt a lot of parts, added the radio.  I want to replace the shifter / throttle, its pitted and neutral switch is problematic.  I think those are pretty common, anybody have any suggestions on where to get one from.
